Intermediate .NET Web Developer

We are currently looking for a results-driven, self-motivated Intermediate Front End .NET Web Application Developer to join our team. This will lead to a full time position and is based in our Gastown office in Vancouver, BC.
We are looking for someone with real world experience and have the ability to dive right into a project that you have never seen and contribute from day 1.
The ideal candidate will be a jack of all trades with the following qualifications:
- The ability to quickly analyze and troubleshoot code that you have never touched
- The ability to co-exist in a small office with a group of people from a wide variety of backgrounds
There will be a 3 month probation period where you will be required to prove the above qualifications.
Your duties and responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems
- Design and implement upgrades to a wide variety web applications
- Work with clients to identify and refine the business requirements for applications
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance
- industry best practices to solutions to achieve highest levels of quality
- Troubleshoot network issues
- Able to provide time estimates to the project manager on a defined project
Your qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing front end ASP.NET applications using C#, Visual Studio 2005-2010 and related technologies
- Similar experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL development, stored procedures and data analysis
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC 2+
- Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS /XML/Javascript /AJAX
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and documentation skills to work effectively with clients and staff
- Demonstrated knowledge of e-commerce processes and API integrations
- Proficient with PHP & LAMP technologies
- Mobile development, Umbraco CMS, and classic ASP experience is a plus
