Denver Special Event Permit Application now Online

Event producers in the City and County of Denver can now apply online for their Special Event permits. In collaboration with the City’s Office of Special Events (OSE), our team at Eproval implemented a new online event permitting solution for applicants and permit approvers that was affordable and quick to implement. The OSE team was seeking a customizable platform that would streamline their previous online event permit application and approval process. They also wanted to provide event organizers and approving agencies with 24/7 access to applications from any device.

In early 2018, we sat down with Denver’s OSE team to flush out their event permit process in an effort to better understand their needs and goals, focusing on improving efficiencies within their permitting workflow. After thoughtful customization and thorough testing of our eProfessional suite of tools, their new online event permitting solution is now live. For event organizers, they can now apply directly online from their computer or cell phone and track the status of their application. OSE staff and other approving agencies can now access applications through an online portal where they can review and approve applications, communicate confidentially with other departments and agencies, and access the history of each event permit.
Our team is excited to see how Eproval will improve overall efficiencies and customer satisfaction at the City and County of Denver.
